A lot of education, experience and equipment. In order to be able to supply your clients with the images they need you will have to be well versed in cameras from view to digital.
Then you have to learn the business of marketing your work, handling clients and running a small business.
The images you presented us show you have good control over the camera you are using. Making an living shooting “nature” is pretty iffy.
Look at George Lepps site to see what a “nature” photographer can do.
Here is a link to what some successful photographers are doing now.

The top 3 ways to make a living at it are:
Photojournalism — 4 year degree
Wedding — apprentice with an established shooter
Commercial — same as above
If you are set on nature shots, go to your local bookstore (or Am***n) and get a copy of “Photographer’s Market”, which is the bible of freelance photography.
Good luck.

The six images are ok for the gear your using, theres some “photographers” shadow in a couple.
The key to being a Pro is getting pro shots everytime, anyplace, any conditions
Its a boring answer but the key is study: photography, business, marketing.
Or work for someone else for awhile.
It strange but structured learning is the best way for humans to learn - school etc, i did 2 years fotog school and a year TV CAmera operating - school, thats a bit extreme for some, but it saves alot of tears later on.
