What’s the best way to advertise a contest?

I am giving away a brand new ipod in a drawing on my site. Members of the site will simply fill out a short survey about the site and automatically be entered. I guess you call this a contest?? or a drawing? not sure.

Anyway, I need to know the best way to advertise this. If anyone has a list of sites that allow adding links to contests without having a reciprocal link that would be ideal…. but i’m open to any suggestions! thanks!
