There are plenty of ways to promote for free! Article marketing, social networking sites, create a blog and word of mouth. Make friends on some social networking sites and tell them about your business.

Do some social networking/bookmarking and forum commenting with anchor text. Also it seems that the site is new. So you may also consider a Press Release, directory submissions and article submission.
Traffic exchange is not only good for actual traffic also for branding and creating awareness. Last but not least some email marketing like solo ads to bring quick responses (visitors) and build up a contact list.
